Join us for the 3rd Annual Pig Roast at Cabaret Cove in Rhinelander, WI, on Saturday, November 9, from 4–9 PM, supporting the creation of a tiny home community for homeless veterans.

To-go boxes are available, and meal tickets can be pre-purchased. The meal includes smoked pork by Pit Master Dusty Warner, mac and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, a dinner roll, dessert, and a non-alcoholic beverage. Alcohol will also be available.

Plates are $20, with “Piglet” plates for kids (ages 3-12) at $10. Kids 2 and under eat free.

Enjoy live music, raffle baskets, a 50/50 drawing, and Plinko! Proceeds benefit the tiny home project for homeless veterans.

Run for Our Heroes 5K was a huge success!

The Future Business Leaders of America from Rhinelander High School hosted a Run for Our Heroes 5K Run/Walk with 56 participants, with all proceeds benefiting Northwoods Veterans Homestead. The day was sunny, though a bit crisp. The Rhinelander Honor Guard opened the event with the National Anthem, followed by a brief history on the origin of the 21-gun salute and concluded with a 21-gun salute.
